WEST EAST TRAVERSE (13 NIGHTS/14 DAYS)

Day 01: Arrival Paro.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Paro.
Day 03: Visit Taktsang Monastery also commonly known as the Tiger’s Nest.
Day 04: Drive to Thimpu, Afternoon sightseeing of Thimpu.
Day 05: In the morning sightseeing of Thimpu and after lunch drive to Punakha over Dochula Pass.
Day 06: Sightseeing of Punakha and Wangdi Podrang commence drive to Tongsa with overnight in a tourist lodge.
Day 07: In the morning visit Tongsa Dzong (Watch Tower) with some leisure time in Tongsa Bazaar. After lunch drive for 3 hours to Bumthang Valley across the Yotongla Pass.
Day 08: Sightseeing of Kurji, Tamshing and Konchumsum Lhakhangs, Jagar Dzong and Chamkha Bazaar.
Day 09: Morning drive to Sengor, enroute see Membertso (burning lake) and proceed to Ura Valley. Visit Ura Lhakhang.
Day 10: Drive to Mongar Dzong and Bazaar.
Day 11: Drive over Korila Pass to Tashigang. Sightseeing of Tashigang Dzong and Bazaar.
Day 12: Sightseeing of Tashi Yangtse and Gom Kora Temple.
Day 13: Drive to Samdrup Jongkhar enroute visit Kanglung College ( the only college in Bhutan), Zangdopelri and Khaling to see traditional weaving center.
Day 14: After breakfast drive to Gauhati (India) for departure by flight.
